Email, name, invoicing data (optional), transaction data (Stripe — no card data), account data (if you sign up), server logs (IP, user-agent), analytics (if you consent to cookies).
Performance of the sales contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legal obligations — keeping records for 5 years (Art. 6(1)(c)), legitimate interest — security and claims (Art. 6(1)(f)), consent — newsletter, analytics cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland) — payments. Supabase / Lovable Cloud — database and auth hosting (EU). Transactional email providers. Data may be transferred to the US (Stripe) under Standard Contractual Clauses.
Transaction data — 5 years from end of fiscal year. Account — until deletion. Newsletter — until consent withdrawal.
