These terms govern the sale of digital content (ebooks) on Resin Atelier operated by Ambar Blart.
The seller is Ambar Blart, operating as an unregistered business under Art. 5 sec. 1 of the Polish Entrepreneurs' Law Act (6 March 2018). The seller is not registered with CEIDG and is not a VAT payer. Contact: ambar.blart@gmail.com.
The subject of sale is digital content (PDF ebooks and online access) described on the product page. Prices are in PLN (or local currency at the displayed rate) and are final (no VAT).
The contract is concluded when the customer clicks the Pay button in Stripe Checkout and the payment succeeds. The customer receives an order confirmation by email.
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. Methods: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and locally BLIK / Przelewy24. The seller does not store card data.
Digital content is delivered immediately after payment — download link plus access in the online library after login. No physical delivery.
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU). NOTE: under Art. 16(m) of the Directive, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to digital content delivered before the withdrawal period ends, IF the consumer has given explicit prior consent and acknowledged loss of the right. We collect this consent before payment (checkbox at checkout).
The seller is liable for conformity of digital content with the contract under Directive 2019/770. Complaints: ambar.blart@gmail.com, response within 14 days.

Purchase grants a personal-use license. Reselling, public sharing or third-party redistribution is prohibited.
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
A gift voucher can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided the code has not yet been redeemed. Once the code has been redeemed, a refund is no longer possible because access to the digital content has been granted. Refund requests must be sent to ambar.blart@gmail.com with the order number or voucher code.
Polish law applies. Terms enter into force on the date of publication.
